Do I need to be at home?

No. An outside clean does not need anyone in, as long as we can get to the back if the back is included. If there is a locked side gate, tell us where the key lives or leave it unlocked on the day, and we will text you before we come.

What happens if it rains?

We usually carry on. Rain is clean water and it does not undo the clean; it is the dirt on the frames and seals that marks glass, and that is what we take off. If the weather is bad enough to be unsafe or unworkable, we move you to the next available day and let you know.

Do you clean the inside as well?

Our regular rounds are outside cleans. Tell us if you want the inside done and we will quote for it separately, as it needs someone home and takes longer.

Do you do window cleaning across London?

Tap water in London is hard. It carries dissolved minerals, and when it dries on glass it leaves the spots and streaks you see after rain or ordinary window washing. We filter those minerals out first, then clean with the pure water that is left.

It dries without marks

Pure water has nothing in it to leave behind, so the glass is left to dry on its own. No squeegee marks, no detergent film in the corners.

The frames get cleaned too

The brush works the frames, sills and the rubber seals at the same time as the glass. That is where most of the dirt that runs back down actually sits.
